Practical career support for employees affected by redundancy
Redundancy can be difficult for the people leaving your business and for those responsible for managing the process.
Our Outplacement Services give affected employees the practical guidance, personal support and confidence they need to consider their options and take the next step in their careers.
Support can be delivered through 1-to-1 career transition programmes or group workshops, with the level of support tailored to the people affected.
Help your people move forward with confidence
Good outplacement support involves much more than helping someone to write a CV.
Employees may need time to consider what they want next, understand how their skills translate into the wider market and learn how to present their experience effectively to prospective employers.
Our programmes combine individual career coaching with practical job-search support. Each person leaves with greater clarity about their options, a realistic plan and the tools needed to approach the market with confidence.
Support can be adapted to the experience, circumstances and career needs of the people affected, whether you are supporting one employee or a larger group.

Group Outplacement Workshops
When redundancy affects a larger group, workshops can provide practical support across the core areas employees need to navigate the job market.
Our virtual workshops can accommodate up to 20 people per session and are normally delivered as half-day sessions. On-site delivery is also available.
Workshop topics include:
- Career planning
- Advanced CV writing
- Interview technique
- Navigating the job market
- LinkedIn for job seekers
Organisations would typically book five half-day virtual workshops, covering each of the core topics over a total of 2.5 days.
Flexible support built around your organisation
Not every employee needs the same level of support, and an off-the-shelf programme will not be right for every organisation.
Before recommending an approach, we take time to understand who is affected, their level of experience and the support that would be most valuable. A tailored package can then deliver career transition support in a way that reflects your people, circumstances and budget.
This gives employees relevant support while helping your organisation manage change with care, consistency and professionalism.
